One lane per entity. Ribbons in the gutters are relationships between them: a thick band is
a standing relationship over a period, an arrow is a single act on a day. A parent and its subsidiary share a
hue and the subsidiary's lane is dashed, so the two Malta entities read as one family and the two Emerita
entities as another. Emerita's lane carries Brazilian activity only. Hover any mark for the full note and its
source.

Read the lanes before reading the ribbons. Malta Minerals PLC never held the Falcon
processos. Its ownership ribbon ends on 1 October 2020 and the licence flow from Falcon Metais lands
83 days later. The two facts are drawn on the same axis so the sequence is visible rather than asserted.
Two reading rules built into the drawing. A hollow ring marks an event that is a
pleaded allegation or a reported assertion rather than a fact on a filed instrument; the label carries
"alleged". And the axis is broken: 2008 to 2016 is compressed so the dense 2018 to 2022 period is
legible. The break is drawn, not hidden.
Figure 6
The Malta layer against Falcon Metais, Lithium Ionic and the two Emerita entities
Two colour families, each a parent and its subsidiary: Malta in blue and Emerita
in green. Within a family the parent has a solid edge and the subsidiary a dashed one. The two Malta bars are a
light wash so their entity names read inside them. Falcon Metais, the vendor, is purple, and
Li-Ionic / Lithium Ionic Holdings, the acquirer, is navy. A thick band in a gutter is a standing
relationship over a period, an arrow is a single act on a day, and anything in rust means no
consideration was stated or the point is disputed. The shaded column is the option period, from the first
share tranche to the third.
